You may return your item within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund (please note that oversized items and non-quality items are excluded at this time).
For oversized items, any damage must be reported within 2 working days of receipt, along with photos of the damage, shipping labels and outer packaging. Failure to report within this period will result in the goods being deemed to be accepted in the condition in which they were received and no returns, exchanges or compensation will be offered thereafter. You will need to contact us before requesting a refund, all unknown refund requests will not be authorised and approved.
Attention: Please keep the product in its original packaging. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with proof of purchase. If the package is damaged, we will refuse a full refund.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be credited using the same method as when you first ordered. Processing time is typically 3-5 working days.
Detailed return and refund regulations (Fluctuate according to actual situation)
1. Missing parts or accessories → reissue parts or compensate 5% of the price of the single product
2. If the product has color difference or product size error → 5% of the price of the single product will be compensated
3. Product stains (can be removed by yourself) → 5% of the price of the single product will be compensated
4. The product has scratches or peeling paint (does not affect use) → 10% of the price of the single product will be compensated
5. Product stains (cannot be removed) → 10% of the price of the single product will be compensated
6. The product is not damaged and has a large appearance impact, but does not affect its use → 20% of the single product amount will be compensated
7. Product breakage (can be repaired by yourself) → 20% of the price of the single product will be compensated
8. Partial damage to the product → Reissue accessories separately/compensate 20% of the amount of the single product
9. The product is broken (cannot be repaired by itself) → Compensation is 50% of the price of the single product (no return) / 100% of the price of the single product (return)
10. The address shows that delivery cannot be made → return to the shipping warehouse for a 100% refund
11. The logistics shows delivery, but the package is not received or the logistics shows that the package is lost → reissued
